      Ooo! Really good question.
There are so many things that I would like to change, but if I could change only one it would have to be to change undemocratic governments (for example Libya, Zimbabwe, North Korea, to name but a few) to systems which were accountable to the people they govern. Increasing the accountability would (hopefully) lead to more changes, such as improving the quality of life of people in the countries, reducing poverty and leading to less conflict.

Yes, excellent question. If I really could change anything, I’d do the following experiment to see what happened: I’d make a global law that all heads of states (presidents, prime ministers, etc.) had to be female (and in this experimental, fictional world, this would be normal). What d’you think would happen?

Bill and Melinda Gates have decided the one thing they don’t want in the world is malaria (and I admire their efforts): http://www.gatesfoundation.org/Pages/home.aspx
