      Good question! A bubble is a bit of both liquid and gas.

      A bubble is a hollow sphere and in the middle it’s full of gas. The outside bit (the bit you can see) is a liquid – just a really thin layer. So it depends which bit you mean when you say bubble, but if you had to pin me down I’d say liquid.
